The Board of Directors has taken note of her resignation. The company also provided updates on a demand order received from the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai, on January 19, 2026, concerning royalty payments. The total demand is ₹611.49 Lakhs. The company is evaluating the order and considering an appeal. Additionally, the company is adapting to the New Labour Codes, effective November 21, 2025, and has recognized incremental estimated obligations of ₹192.41 Lakhs (standalone) and ₹207.68 Lakhs (consolidated) for employee benefits. Previously, on November 5, 2025, the Board had declared an interim dividend of ₹6 per equity share, which was paid on November 14, 2025.
