Cyient Limited has announced the commencement of the liquidation process for its 50:50 joint venture, Infotech HAL Limited. This decision follows the admission of an Interlocutory Application by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench (NCLT). The NCLT ordered the liquidation process to begin and appointed Mr. Vasudevan Gopu as the Liquidator. The order was received on March 3, 2026. This update is in continuation of previous disclosures made by Cyient on March 20, 2024, and August 28, 2025, regarding the joint venture.
