This decision was approved by CTE's Board of Directors on November 14, 2025. The company had previously filed the requisite disclosures with the stock exchanges on November 21, 2025, in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations and the relevant Master Circular. A notice of striking off and dissolution, dated June 01, 2026, was issued by the MCA, confirming the dissolution of N2T1 AI Solutions Private Limited and several other companies. The striking off process was initiated based on applications filed in March and April 2026, with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs issuing notices on April 20, 2026, and the final dissolution notice on June 01, 2026. This action aligns with the provisions of Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013.
