Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹1,898 crore, a 7.3% year-on-year increase, driven by sustained growth in lighting and electrical consumer durables (ECD). The consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹195 crore with a margin of 10.3%, attributed to disciplined advertising and promotion spending and cost optimization. The company also announced a strategic move with the upcoming launch of a full range of residential wires in approximately six weeks, aiming to expand its Total Addressable Market (TAM) and become an end-to-end home solutions provider. This launch leverages Crompton's 85-year brand legacy and strong go-to-market capabilities. In segment performance, ECD reported a revenue growth of 7.6% year-on-year, with successful completion of the BEE 2.0 transition in ceiling fans and high single-digit growth in Small Domestic Appliances (SDA). Lighting segment achieved industry-leading revenue growth of 6.7% year-on-year, with strong double-digit growth in volumes for both B2B and B2C. Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd. reported revenue of ₹245 crore, with EBITDA growing by 17% year-on-year, primarily driven by cookers and gas stoves. The company also launched the premium 'Idea First Series' and enhanced retail momentum. Recent updates include the launch of mobile accessories and power solutions, recognition for its solar rooftop revenue, and receiving the National Energy Conservation Award 2025 for its Arno Neo Water Heater. Promeet Ghosh, MD & CEO, highlighted the strategic importance of the residential wires launch and the company's performance amidst a competitive environment and cost inflation.
