Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has been informed by its statutory auditors, M S K A & Associates, Chartered Accountants, of their conversion into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The firm will now be known as M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants.

Despite the change in legal structure, the auditors will continue to fulfill their responsibilities as statutory auditors for the remainder of their current term with Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited.

The company has notified the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about this development, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
