Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Anita Pansare as the Head of Innovation & Chief Technology Officer, designated as Senior Management Personnel. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and will be effective from January 02, 2026. Ms. Pansare brings over 25 years of experience in R&D and engineering leadership across healthcare, automotive, and industrial sectors. She has held senior roles at Philips Healthcare, Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India, Cummins, Eaton, and Atlas Copco. In her previous role at Philips Healthcare India, she managed a global R&D portfolio and budget, successfully launched products, and filed 37 patents. She holds a Strategy Management degree from Harvard Business School and a Machine Learning certification from Stanford Online, along with engineering qualifications from COEP and Wadia Institute of Engineering & Technology.
