Crest Ventures Limited (CREST) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vensco Projects LLP on November 11, 2025, to jointly undertake the development of the Chembur Project. The key details are: The project involves amalgamated land parcels admeasuring approximately 11,000 sq. mtrs. The development is proposed under the Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR) 2034, including applicable SRA Regulations.
