This decision pertains to the company's appeal against an earlier order by the Joint Commissioner of CGST, Faridabad. The order, dated 30th December 2025, was received by the company on 14th January 2026. The issue concerns the valuation of consideration for certain services and related processes provided by the company for the period between 2017-18 and 2023-24. Craftsman Automation maintains that it has consistently complied with all applicable GST requirements. The company is currently in the process of filing a further appeal against this order. Management has stated that they do not foresee any material impact on the company's financials, operations, or other activities as a result of this order.
