Coromandel International Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on January 29, 2026. The Board approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Key financial highlights for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, show consolidated revenue from operations at ₹8,779.45 crore, a significant increase from ₹6,935.19 crore in the same period last year. Profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹488.47 crore, compared to ₹507.91 crore in the prior year. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹25,475.88 crore, up from ₹19,096.85 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. The nine-month PAT was ₹1,783.50 crore, a rise from ₹1,476.25 crore. Furthermore, the Board declared an interim dividend of ₹9 per equity share (900%) for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for this dividend is fixed as February 4, 2026, and the dividend will be paid on or after February 18, 2026. The Board meeting commenced at 12:40 p.m. and concluded at 02:25 p.m. The company also noted that the consolidated figures for the current period may not be directly comparable with earlier periods due to the acquisition of NACL Industries Limited becoming effective from August 8, 2025.
