Coral India Finance & Housing Limited has announced the closure of its trading window. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The trading window will be shut from Thursday, January 01, 2026. It will remain closed until forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the details regarding the date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of these financial results, as well as the opening of the trading window, in due course. Designated persons have been informed of this closure as per the company's Code of Conduct.
