Consolidated Construction Consortium Limited (CCCL) has announced that its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 2:45 PM IST. The meeting will take place at Alumini Club, 1C Boat Club Road, 3rd Avenue, R.A. Puram, Chennai 600028. In compliance with current MCA and SEBI circulars, the Notice of AGM and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 will be sent exclusively through electronic mode to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with their Depository Participants (DP) or the Company/Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA). For shareholders who have not registered their email addresses, a letter providing the web-link to the complete Annual Report for FY 2025-26 has been dispatched. The company has also reminded shareholders about the mandatory requirement to update their PAN, KYC details (including postal address, email, mobile number, bank account details), and nomination details with their respective DP or RTA. Payments, including dividends, will only be made electronically upon the registration of this required information for folios where PAN or KYC details are not updated.
