Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) has announced the promotion of two officials to its senior management personnel. Smt. Suhani Mishra, previously Group General Manager (C&O), has been promoted effective from 07.11.2025. She is an IRTS officer from the 2008 batch with 17 years of experience in operations, safety, planning, strategic and disaster management, and suburban and freight operations across Western Railway and the Rail Ministry. She has led operations in Mumbai, Ratlam, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad divisions of Western Railway and served as Director at the Railway Board for five years. Shri Monu Luthra, also promoted from Group General Manager (C&O), has been with CONCOR since 15.12.2025. He is an IRTS officer from the 2007 batch with over 17 years of experience in Indian Railways, covering operations, commercial, safety, and training functions. A graduate in Computer Science from IIT Roorkee, with prior software industry experience and a Supply Chain Management certification from IIT Delhi, he brings strong techno-managerial expertise to his role.
