Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) has announced the appointment of Shri Rahul Agarwal as a part-time Government Director on its Board of Directors. This appointment was communicated by the Ministry of Railways (MOR) vide its order no. 2022/PL/57/10, dated 19.03.2026. Shri Rahul Agarwal, who holds the position of Principal Executive Director TT(M), Railway Board, will serve on the board in lieu of Shri Prabhas Dansana. The appointment is effective immediately and will continue until Shri Agarwal vacates his post as Principal Executive Director TT(M), Railway Board, or until further orders are issued, whichever occurs first. CONCOR is undertaking the necessary procedures as per the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for this appointment. The company will file the required disclosures with the stock exchanges within the stipulated time.
