Compuage Infocom Limited has announced the decisions made during the 26th meeting of its Committee of Creditors (COC), which was held on June 24, 2026. The e-voting for these resolutions concluded on July 7, 2026. The COC approved the registration cost for an agreement with M/s Ashwamedh Express Pvt Ltd for warehouse services. Additionally, the annual listing fees for FY 2026-2027, paid to BSE and NSE, were ratified. Several settlement proposals were also approved, including those from M/s Infiniti Power Private Limited, M/s Alphatech Systems, and M/s Educare Technologies. However, a resolution to consider and approve the filing of an application before the Hon'ble NCLT for the distribution of funds lying in the CIRP Account and Indian Bank Account of the Corporate Debtor, along with the approval of the manner of distribution, did not receive the requisite voting via e-voting.
