Coastal Corporation Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all employees, directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from Thursday, 1st January 2025. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the third quarter ended 31st December 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting to consider these un-audited financial results in due course.
