CMS Info Systems Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Vidya Krishnan as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director. This appointment, effective January 02, 2026, is for a term of three years and is subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Krishnan brings extensive experience from her nearly four decades with the State Bank of India (SBI) Group, where she held the position of Deputy Managing Director (Information Technology). In this role, she was responsible for SBI’s global IT strategy and operations, leading its Global Information Technology Centre. She was instrumental in SBI's digital transformation, including the development of the YONO digital banking platform and the SBI UPI ecosystem. Her expertise includes enterprise technology, large-scale digital platforms, IT systems, platform modernization, operational resilience, and risk management. Ms. Krishnan is not related to any of the existing Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of CMS Info Systems Limited. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics, an MBA in Finance from the University of Mumbai, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
