This closure will be effective from Thursday, 1st January 2026, and will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. All designated persons, their immediate relatives, connected persons, and other insiders are advised not to trade in the company's equity shares during this specified period. The date for the Board Meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be communicated in due course.
