Furthermore, the shareholders reappointed Mr. Keval Navinchandra Doshi as a Non-executive Independent Director for a five-year term from 6th February 2026 to 5th February 2031. The appointments of Mr. Raj Kamal and Ms. Pallavi Gokhale as Non-executive Independent Directors for a five-year term from 6th November 2025 to 5th November 2030 were also approved.
In significant management changes, Mr. Ashok Ramnarayan Boob's designation will change from Managing Director to Whole Time Director - Executive Vice Chairman, effective from 1st April, 2026, up to 27th July, 2027.
