CL Educate Limited announced that its material unlisted subsidiary, DEXIT Global Limited (formerly NSEIT Limited), has approved the appointment of Dr. Abhay Jere as an Additional Director (Non-Independent, Executive Director). He has also been designated as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of DEXIT Global Limited. This appointment is effective from March 20, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval and other necessary regulatory approvals. Dr. Jere's term of appointment will be for five years. Dr. Abhay Jere brings over 24 years of experience in technology, innovation, and digital transformation. He holds a Ph.D. in Health Sciences and an M.Tech. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Chief Innovation Officer at the Ministry of Education, Government of India. He has also held positions at Persistent Systems Ltd. and possesses expertise in AI, SaaS, and digital ecosystems. Dr. Jere is not related to any existing directors of DEXIT Global Limited.
