The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on January 28, 2026, approved these results. For the third quarter of FY26, the company reported total income of ₹7,025.31 lakh (₹702.53 crore), with revenue from operations standing at ₹6,720.57 lakh (₹672.06 crore). Expenses for the quarter amounted to ₹6,074.66 lakh (₹607.47 crore). The company recorded a profit before exceptional items and tax of ₹950.65 lakh (₹95.07 crore). Exceptional items for the quarter were ₹59.19 lakh (₹0.59 crore), related to the statutory impact of new labor codes. Consequently, the profit before tax for the quarter was ₹891.06 lakh (₹89.11 crore). Profit after tax for the quarter from continuing operations was ₹622.13 lakh (₹6.22 crore), leading to a total profit for the period of ₹622.13 lakh (₹6.22 crore). For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, total income was ₹18,150.19 lakh (₹181.50 crore), with revenue from operations at ₹17,446.88 lakh (₹174.47 crore). Total expenses for this period were ₹16,968.91 lakh (₹169.69 crore). Profit before exceptional items and tax stood at ₹1,181.28 lakh (₹11.81 crore). After considering exceptional items of ₹59.19 lakh (₹0.59 crore), the profit before tax for the nine months was ₹1,122.09 lakh (₹11.22 crore). Profit after tax from continuing operations for the nine months was ₹820.02 lakh (₹8.20 crore), resulting in a total profit for the period of ₹820.02 lakh (₹8.20 crore). The company also noted that the sale of its entire investment in R&H Spaces Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, for an enterprise valuation of ₹270 crore was completed on March 31, 2025. The results of this subsidiary were classified as 'Profit/(loss) from Discontinued Operations'. The statutory impact of new labor codes, primarily due to revised wage definitions, resulted in an additional recognition of ₹59.19 lakh as past service cost.
