Cigniti Technologies Limited, now a part of Coforge Limited, has announced a notice of hearing for a proposed Scheme of Amalgamation. The hearing is scheduled to take place on March 06, 2026, as per the directions of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, vide its order dated January 09, 2026. This amalgamation will see Cigniti Technologies Limited being amalgamated with and into Coforge Limited, along with their respective shareholders and creditors. The process is being carried out under sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Copies of the newspaper advertisements regarding this notice of hearing were published on January 28, 2026, in the Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi).
