Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited (CHOLAFIN) has received no-objection letters from both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited for the reclassification of two promoter group entities.

These entities, M/s. Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions Private Limited (YCAS) and M/s. Coromandel Engineering Company Limited (CECL), will be reclassified to the ‘Public’ category. The approval letters were dated January 9, 2026, following earlier communications regarding the request for re-classification dated September 17 & 25, 2025, and November 6 & 10, 2025.

This reclassification is in accordance with Regulation 31A(8) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has been advised to ensure compliance with subsequent relevant disclosures of material events related to this reclassification.
