Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited has approved the conversion of 20,000 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) into 13,54,940 equity shares. The conversion took place following an application received from a CCD holder during the conversion window of July 1, 2026, to July 7, 2026. Each CCD with a face value of ₹1,00,000 was converted into equity shares at a price of ₹1476.08 per share. The newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares in all respects, including dividends and voting rights, and will be listed on both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The allotment will result in a slight increase in the company's issued and paid-up capital.
