Choice International Limited announced that its step-down subsidiary, Choice Wealth Private Limited, has secured a contract from India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) to act as a Mutual Fund Aggregator and Investment Service Provider. This strategic engagement will enable Choice Wealth to offer mutual fund aggregation, distribution, and allied investment services to IPPB's extensive network of existing and prospective clients across India.

The contract, awarded after a thorough technical and commercial evaluation, highlights IPPB's confidence in Choice Wealth's capabilities. The partnership aims to leverage IPPB's vast PAN-India network, comprising over 1.6 lakh banking access points and serving more than 11 crore customers, to enhance financial inclusion and customer engagement.

Choice Wealth will deploy a comprehensive digital investment platform, including online mutual fund aggregation and robo-advisory services, accessible through mobile applications, web platforms, and IPPB's mATM-compatible devices. This initiative is expected to strengthen Choice International's presence in the financial services ecosystem and contribute to business growth and diversification. The agreement was awarded in the normal course of business and is not a related party transaction.
