KFin Technologies Limited will take over the RTA services from Zuari Finserv Limited (ZFL). This change follows earlier communication dated November 4, 2025, and is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Letters from National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) dated December 31, 2025, and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) dated January 1, 2026, confirm the effective date of the change. Shareholders and other concerned parties are requested to direct all future correspondence, requests, and documents related to the company's securities to KFin Technologies Limited at their Hyderabad address. The new RTA's contact details, including landline numbers, toll-free number, email, and website, have been provided. A tripartite agreement between Chambal Fertilizers, KFin, and ZFL is currently being processed and will be intimated upon execution.
