Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited has submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. This certificate pertains to the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

The certificate was issued by M/s. Zuari Finserv Limited, the Company's Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). It confirms that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the specified quarter were processed, and the security certificates were either accepted or rejected and subsequently listed on the stock exchanges.
