Chalet Hotels Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the CHL Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be shut for all Designated Persons, including their immediate relatives, starting from Thursday, January 1, 2026. This closure is in preparation for the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results. Designated Persons have been informed not to engage in any transactions involving Chalet Hotels' securities during this period.
