CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has announced a significant milestone by securing a landmark order valued at approximately ₹900 Crore ($99.2 million) from Tallgrass Integrated Logistics Solutions LLC, USA. This order is for a large-scale data center project in the United States, marking CG's strategic entry into the global data center segment.

This represents the largest single order ever won by CG and is a direct export order for the supply of power transformers. The transformers will be specifically engineered to meet the stringent reliability, efficiency, and uptime requirements of hyperscale data center applications. The execution of this order is scheduled over a delivery period of 12 to 20 months, with delivery terms FAS Mumbai Port.

Amar Kaul, Global CEO & Managing Director, stated that this order is a strategic platform win and validates CG's capability to deliver globally benchmarked, mission-critical technology solutions from India. He believes this win opens up significant long-term opportunity pipelines in global data center projects, aligning with the company's growth and margin-accretive expansion strategy.

The transformers will be designed, manufactured, and tested at CG's state-of-the-art facilities in India. The company's selection underscores its engineering depth, advanced manufacturing capabilities, and disciplined execution.
