Cera Sanitaryware Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a total income from operations of ₹4,9897.49 lakh (₹498.97 crore) for the quarter, marking an increase from ₹4,4927.06 lakh (₹449.27 crore) in the same period last year. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the total income from operations stood at ₹1,40,630.40 lakh (₹1,406.30 crore), compared to ₹1,33,790.10 lakh (₹1,337.90 crore) in the corresponding period of the previous year. The net profit after tax for the quarter was ₹2,366.81 lakh, a decrease from ₹4,585.91 lakh in the prior year quarter. For the nine months, the net profit after tax was ₹12,684.97 lakh, down from ₹13,653.11 lakh in the previous year. The company also reported an exceptional item of ₹1,845.97 lakh for both the quarter and the nine months ended December 31, 2025. This exceptional item is related to the assessment of the financial impact arising from changes in the definition of wages and employee benefit obligations due to the notification of the Labour Codes by the Government of India. The Board of Directors reviewed and approved these results on February 4, 2026.
