Century Plyboards (India) Limited announced the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on 4th February, 2026. The board approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. Key leadership appointments were also approved. Shri Sanjay Agarwal was re-appointed as CEO and Managing Director for a further period of five years, effective from 1st July, 2026. Shri Ajay Baldawa was re-appointed as an Executive Director (Technical) for a further period of five years, also effective from 1st July, 2026. Additionally, Dr. Sandip Pradhan has been re-designated as Chief Digital & Information Officer and included in the Senior Management Personnel (SMP) category. The board also approved a proposal to establish a new manufacturing unit in Uttar Pradesh for Plywood and Medium Density Fiber boards (MDF). The meeting commenced at 12:30 PM and concluded at 1:33 PM.
