Century Enka Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed for all Directors, Connected Persons, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. This measure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting trades in equity shares and other listed securities, framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window is scheduled to reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. All concerned individuals have been advised not to trade in the company's securities during this period.
