Century Enka Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on February 6, 2026, which commenced at 12:00 noon and concluded at 2:03 p.m. For the third quarter of FY26, the company reported total income of ₹42,057 lacs (₹420.57 crore) on a standalone basis and ₹42,057 lacs (₹420.57 crore) on a consolidated basis. Profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹2,387 lacs (₹23.87 crore) standalone and ₹2,373 lacs (₹23.73 crore) consolidated. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) were ₹10.93 for standalone and ₹10.86 for consolidated. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, total income was ₹1,25,275 lacs (₹1,252.75 crore) standalone and ₹1,25,275 lacs (₹1,252.75 crore) consolidated. Profit after tax for this period was ₹6,178 lacs (₹61.78 crore) standalone and ₹6,144 lacs (₹61.44 crore) consolidated. Basic and diluted EPS for the nine months were ₹28.28 standalone and ₹28.12 consolidated. The results also highlight an exceptional item related to the "Statutory Impact of New Labour Code" amounting to a loss of ₹366 lacs for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. This is primarily due to additional Gratuity costs arising from the revised definition of wages under the new Labour Codes. Additionally, the company continues to pursue its appeal in a long-standing excise duty matter, where the Commissioner, CGST & Central Excise, Raigad, had confirmed a demand of ₹730 lacs, interest, and penalty. The company has deposited ₹730 lacs under protest and, based on legal advice, does not believe a provision is necessary.
