Centum Electronics Limited has announced the discontinuation of operations for its fourth-level subsidiary entities in Canada, Centum E&S (Centum Équipements ET Systémes) and Centum T&S (Centum Technologies ET Solutions). The decision was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on December 19, 2025. The Canadian businesses have been consistently loss-making, accumulating losses over several years. As of March 31, 2025, Centum E&S contributed a turnover of ₹5.15 crore (11,641 crore consolidated) representing 4.42%, with a net worth of ₹(1.68) crore. Centum T&S had a turnover of ₹3.15 crore (11,641 crore consolidated) representing 2.71%, with a net worth of ₹(3.41) crore. The company expects the closure of operations to be completed before March 31, 2026. No binding agreement has been entered into for the sale of these units.
