Centum Electronics Limited announced the reconstitution of various committees of its Board of Directors, effective 28th December, 2025. This decision was approved during a board meeting held on 19th December, 2025. The Audit Committee has been reconstituted with Mr. Tarun Sawhney, an Independent Director, designated as the Chairman. The committee members will include Mr. Apparao V Mallavarapu and Ms. V Kavitha Dutt. Furthermore, the Risk Management Committee has been reconstituted. Dr. Udayant Malhoutra, an Independent Director, has been inducted as a Member, and Mr. Nikhil Mallavarapu has been designated as the Chairman. The committee will also include Ms. Tanya Mallavarapu and Mr. Sundararajan Parthasarathy. Additionally, the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee has been reconstituted, with Ms. Tanya Mallavarapu designated as the Chairperson. The members of this committee will be Ms. V Kavitha Dutt and Mr. Nikhil Mallavarapu.
