Centum Electronics Limited has released its Earnings Presentation for the third quarter and nine months of Fiscal Year 2026 (Q3/9M FY26). For standalone operations, Q3 FY26 revenue stood at ₹238 crore, marking a significant year-on-year growth of 27.3%. The nine-month revenue reached ₹629 crore, an increase of 25.3% YoY. EBITDA for the nine months grew by 50% YoY to ₹76 crore, with an expansion in EBITDA margin by 200 basis points, attributed to an improved business mix and execution, particularly in the Build-to-Spec (BTS) segment. The company is advancing its strategy to shift towards integrated systems and platforms, highlighted by a strategic partnership with GRSE for an Air Navigation Program, signaling entry into mission-critical air navigation systems. Centum has also declared L1 bidder status for the development and production of a complete radar system for a major airborne platform. A new facility for systems integration is under construction at KIADB Aerospace Park in Bengaluru. The EMS and Industrial segment shows continued momentum with successful ramp-ups and deliveries for a major semiconductor equipment customer. Favorable policy tailwinds, including the Indian Semiconductor Mission 2.0, are expected to benefit the business. New orders have been secured in the Energy & Industrials sectors. Consolidated performance was impacted by a subsidiary's weak macro environment in Europe and subdued ER&D demand. To address this, Centum has initiated decisive strategic actions regarding its overseas subsidiary to sharpen focus on core, high-growth businesses. This includes discontinuing operations to arrest losses, resulting in an exceptional one-time impact on standalone financials of ₹50.4 crore (Accounts Receivables) and a Q3 consolidated impact of ₹24.9 crore, in addition to an operating loss of ₹4.9 crore. Further consolidated impacts include ₹37.6 crore due to impairment of Goodwill and ₹19.7 crore for impairment of Intangibles. No major impact is expected in subsequent quarters from these discontinued operations. Key financial highlights for Q3 FY26 include standalone operational income of ₹2,383 million (₹238.3 crore) and consolidated operational income of ₹3,314 million (₹331.4 crore). Standalone reported net profit was a loss of ₹1,778 million (₹177.8 crore) due to exceptional items, while consolidated reported net profit was a loss of ₹618 million (₹61.8 crore).
