Centum Electronics Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Apurva Chandra (DIN: 02531655) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The appointment is effective from December 19, 2025, for a term of five years, and is subject to the approval of the Company's Shareholders. Mr. Apurva Chandra is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer with over 36 years of experience in public administration and policy formulation, having held senior positions in various ministries and government bodies. He is not related to any of the existing Directors or Key Managerial Personnel or Promoters of Centum Electronics. Mr. Chandra has served on the boards of several prominent public sector undertakings and is currently a board member of IL&FS Limited, Sudarshan Chemicals Limited, and CEAT Limited, among others. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi and has further qualifications from the London School of Economics.
