Centrum Capital Limited has announced the issuance of a Corporate Guarantee in favor of Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited. This guarantee is for credit facilities amounting to ₹35,00,00,000 (Rupees Thirty-Five Crores Only) availed by Centrum Housing Finance Limited, a subsidiary of Centrum Capital. The company holds a 56.39% equity stake in Centrum Housing Finance Limited. Due to this interest, Centrum Capital may not charge commissions to its subsidiaries for providing corporate guarantees to lenders. The guarantee is for a Term Loan with a tenure of 60 months. Centrum Capital has stated that the issuance of this Corporate Guarantee represents a contingent liability for the company and currently has no impact on the company's financial position.
