This follows a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) entered into on August 22, 2025, with Weaver Services Private Limited. The company received approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on February 3, 2026, for the proposed change in control and the acquisition of Centrum Capital's stake in CHFL by Weaver Services. The closure of this transaction is still contingent upon the fulfillment of other conditions precedent outlined in the SPA. This announcement serves as a corrigendum to a previous disclosure made on February 4, 2026. The earlier letter inadvertently stated the date of RBI approval as February 3, 2025, instead of the correct date, February 3, 2026. Centrum Capital Limited has expressed regret for this error and any inconvenience caused.
