Centrum Capital Limited has received approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on February 3, 2025, for the proposed change in control and acquisition of its stake in its material subsidiary, Centrum Housing Finance Limited (CHFL), by Weaver Services Private Limited. This development is a follow-up to the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) signed on August 22, 2025, for the transfer of Centrum Capital's entire stake in CHFL to Weaver Services, subject to statutory, regulatory, and corporate approvals, along with other conditions precedent. The closure of the transaction remains contingent upon the fulfillment of these remaining conditions specified in the SPA.
