Central Bank of India has announced that it will conduct a conference call/earnings call with analysts and investors on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 04:00 PM IST. The virtual meeting will focus on discussing the bank's financial performance for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.

Senior management, including MD & CEO Shri Kalyan Kumar and Executive Directors Shri M V Murali Krishna, Shri Mahendra Dohare, Shri E Ratan Kumar, and CFO Shri Mukul N. Dandige, will be present to discuss the results. The bank has provided a registration link for interested participants.

The intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
