Ceigall India Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited, has received a Letter of Award (LOA) dated 27th December 2025 from Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Limited. The contract is for the construction of the Indore Ujjain Green field (Access Control) 4-lane highway project, spanning 48.10 Km. The project, which starts from Km. 0.000 near Pitra Parvat and terminates at Km. 48.100 (Simhastha bypass km 2.600), will be executed on a Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The total bid project cost for this significant contract is ₹1089.00 Crores. The execution period for the project is stipulated as 24 months from the date of appointment. This award is considered a domestic contract awarded by a domestic entity, and neither the promoter nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity.
