Ceigall India Limited has announced the receipt of an Arbitration Award amounting to ₹7.71 Crore plus applicable GST. The award was issued by the Hon’ble Arbitration Tribunal on January 13, 2026, under Section 31 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.

This award pertains to a dispute between Ceigall India Limited – Inderjit Mehta Construction Private Limited (JV) and the National Highways Authority of India, concerning the project for the rehabilitation and augmentation of NH-354 (Old SH-25) from Ramdas to Gurdaspur in Punjab, executed under the Bharatmala scheme in EPC mode (Package-V). The project was completed by the company on June 30, 2020.

The award includes a provision for future interest at 10% if the payment is not made within three months from January 13, 2026. The company anticipates a positive impact on its financial position as a result of this award.
