He will cease to be a Senior Management Personnel with effect from the close of business hours on January 14, 2026. Mr. Roy is resigning to pursue opportunities within the group. The company has submitted the necessary disclosures as per SEBI regulations, including the details of the resignation and cessation date. The resignation was submitted to the Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Arnab Banerjee.
