CEAT Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Rahul Gama as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, effective January 15, 2026.

Mr. Gama brings over 28 years of extensive global experience in human resources across various industries including Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Agri, Retail, and Services. His previous leadership roles include CHRO at Pidilite Industries and Global CHRO at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where he was instrumental in driving workforce transformation, international expansion, and acquisition integration.

He has also held significant positions at Godrej Agrovet, Godrej Chemicals, Marico, and Arvind International, focusing on HR transformation, talent development, productivity improvement, and industrial relations. Mr. Gama holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics. The company has submitted the required disclosures as per SEBI regulations.
