The Statutory Auditors have provided an unmodified opinion on these financial results for both standalone and consolidated statements. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, standalone Other Income included Dividend Income of ₹6,200 Lakh from a subsidiary. The company also noted that the implementation of the New Labour Codes is not expected to have a significant financial impact based on current estimations and legal opinions. The company is monitoring developments and will re-assess the impact based on final rules. Regarding the consolidated results, the company reported on its subsidiaries: CDSL Ventures Limited, Centrico Insurance Repository Limited, and Countrywide Commodity Repository Limited, as well as its associate, India International Bullion Holding IFSC Limited. The consolidated financial results also received an unmodified audit opinion from the statutory auditors. The segment reporting indicates that 'Depository Activity' remains the primary revenue generator.
