Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) has announced a significant change in its senior management. Shri Sudhish Pillai, Assistant Vice President – IPF Secretariat, will be designated as Key Management Personnel as per SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and as Senior Management Personnel as per SEBI Listing Regulations. This change is effective from January 31, 2026. Shri Pillai brings over 25 years of experience in brand/corporate communications, brand strategy, content management, project management, and investor outreach. He has previously held positions at BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange), McCann, Rediffusion Y&R, and Ogilvy & Mather. Pillai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an MMS (Marketing) degree from the University of Mumbai. He currently heads the function of the CDSL Investor Protection Fund Trust. The company has provided these disclosures as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
