Carysil Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure will be effective from January 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. All Designated Persons, as defined by the company's Insider Trading Regulation Code, have been notified and are prohibited from trading (buying or selling) equity shares of Carysil Limited during this period. The specific date for the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results will be communicated in due course. Furthermore, in compliance with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD -PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025, the Permanent Account Numbers (PANs) of designated persons and their immediate relatives will be frozen for trading in the company's securities during the trading window closure period.
