Cartrade Tech Limited announced today, January 28, 2026, that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) has granted 75,000 Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 (I) to eligible employees. The ESOPs are granted at a 0% discount to the market price, calculated as the average of the closing prices of the Company's equity shares for the thirty days preceding the grant date. The vesting schedule for these options is as follows: 25% at the end of the 1st year, 25% at the end of the 2nd year, 25% at the end of the 3rd year, and 25% at the end of the 4th year from the grant date. Vested options can be exercised within two years after the grant date and must be exercised within 10 years from the grant date. The ESOP 2021 (I) is administered by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
