Carraro India Limited has inaugurated its first Authorised Service Centre in Faridabad, through PHE Industries Pvt. Ltd., as part of its aftermarket expansion strategy in India. This initiative is a step towards the company's long-term growth plan to establish four Authorised Service Centres across the country by 2026, covering the North, South, East, and West regions. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Andrea Conchetto, CEO of Carraro Group, Italy, and Dr. Balaji Gopalan, Managing Director of Carraro India Limited, along with partners and stakeholders. The Faridabad centre is strategically located to serve customers in North India, offering comprehensive service and genuine spare parts. This rollout of four state-of-the-art service centres, complemented by an expanded nationwide network of authorised spare parts distributors and dealers, aims to meet the increasing demand in the agriculture, construction, and material handling sectors. The centres will provide OEM-grade spare parts, expert repairs, and rapid technical support to enhance equipment uptime for OEMs and end-users. Dr. Balaji Gopalan stated that this expansion reflects Carraro's commitment to India's off-highway sector, expecting significant growth in the spares business. He emphasized that the initiative supports 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' by providing faster access to genuine parts and expert repairs for Indian OEMs and end-users, thereby minimizing downtime and operating costs. Mr. Andrea Conchetto added that this network rollout positions Carraro as a key partner for sustainable, high-performance drivetrains in India's dynamic market. The planned infrastructure ensures Indian customers receive genuine OEM parts, rapid repairs, and optimal uptime.
