Parry (India) Limited (EID) has completely divested its 50% stake in AGPL to its Joint Venture partner, Synthite Industries Private Limited. Consequently, AGPL no longer meets the definition of a promoter group member as EID holds no shares in AGPL. As of the request date, Algavista Greentech Private Limited holds zero equity shares and has nil shareholding in Carborundum Universal Limited. The company will place this request before its Board of Directors for approval, after which requisite approvals will be sought from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
